PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

10. Your Data Protection Rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA)

As NH Express is an Indian company operating from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, and serving users primarily in India, your data protection rights are primarily governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”) enacted by the Government of India.

Under the DPDPA, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:

  • Right to Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your Personal Data is being processed by us and to access such Personal Data.
  • Right to Correction: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data that we hold about you.
  • Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data under certain conditions, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to lodge a grievance with us regarding any processing of your Personal Data. We will acknowledge your grievance within 30 days and resolve it within a further 30 days.
  • Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
