Welcome to NH Express (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at https://commercial.cv (together or individually “Service”) operated by NH Express.
Commercial.CV is a business-to-business (B2B) online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of products and services across India. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). If you do not agree with or cannot comply with these Agreements, you may not use the Service. Please contact us at support@commercial.cv if you have any questions.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, sellers, and others who wish to access or use Service.
By using our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information relevant to your use of our B2B marketplace. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link included in each communication or by emailing us at support@commercial.cv.
To access certain features of our Service, including listing products, placing enquiries, and completing transactions, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you guarantee that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
As a registered user on our B2B marketplace, you may be required to provide business information including but not limited to your business name, GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), business address, and contact details. You represent and warrant that all business information provided is truthful and accurate.
Commercial.CV serves as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We facilitate the platform for transactions but are not a party to the actual sale between buyers and sellers.
For Buyers: When you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase, and that the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
For Sellers: By listing products or services on our marketplace, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell such products or services, that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, and that your listings comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or listing at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in description or price, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or illegal transactions.
We may employ third-party services for payment processing. By submitting payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment card details; all payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
Some parts of our Service may be billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or NH Express cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team at support@commercial.cv.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide NH Express with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize NH Express to charge all applicable Subscription fees to your payment instrument.
NH Express reserves the right to modify Subscription fees with reasonable prior notice. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Your continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
We issue refunds for valid requests within 7 days of the original purchase. Refund requests should be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting support@commercial.cv. Refunds are subject to verification and may be processed back to the original payment method. Certain products, services, or digital goods may be non-refundable as indicated at the time of purchase.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through our Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through our Service, you represent and warrant that the Content is yours or you have the right to use it, and that the posting of your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through our Service. By posting Content using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through our Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.
NH Express has the right but not the obligation to monitor and review all Content provided by users. Content found on or through this Service that is created by NH Express is the property of NH Express. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content for commercial purposes or personal gain without express written permission from us.
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Service:

As a seller on our B2B marketplace, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your product listings, including product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability. NH Express does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any product listing or the products themselves. Buyers are advised to verify product details independently before making a purchase decision.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing that violates these Terms, is misleading, or is otherwise objectionable.
Our Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NH Express and its licensors. Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NH Express.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on our Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to support@commercial.cv with the subject line “Copyright Infringement” and include the following information:
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims. In accordance with the Copyright Act, 1957 of India, we will take appropriate action upon receiving a valid infringement notice.
Our Service may allow users to leave reviews and ratings for products, services, and sellers. All reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience. You may not post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, NH EXPRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
NH Express does not act as a guarantor of any transaction between buyers and sellers on our marketplace. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of products listed or sold through our Service, nor for the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay for products.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NH EXPRESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. NH EXPRESS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF OUR SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NH EXPRESS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
NH EXPRESS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NH Express, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to our Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms. If you are a seller, this includes any claims arising from products you list or sell through our marketplace.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@commercial.cv. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed with legal action as described above.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NH Express. NH Express has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICIES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR SERVICES THAT YOU VISIT.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via our Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of our Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use our Service and should discontinue use immediately.
No waiver by NH Express of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
